Buying Two Stocks + Updated Portfolio
Hey everyone, quick update here so you have my transactions as soon as possible. Then I’ll follow up more later in the week with more details & analysis.
These are both meant to buy long-term positions. One is an immediate core position and one is a starter position that’s more volatile which I intend to build over time.
There’s a big story out today that Meta is planning to sell AI compute which is bullish for META and a bit bearish for Neoclouds like NBIS, CRWV, IREN, etc.
This was one of the reasons I was uncomfortable continuing to hold NBIS and IREN. I felt like they had benefitted from investors pulling a few years of perfect execution and business results forward and paying a premium multiple for them.
META is currently up about 9% on the news with NBIS, CRWV, IREN down roughly 10%
